These cameras can be triggered via an external signal or operated in free-running mode. the EC1280 draws power through the firewire connection and has the advantages of the standard cable and adapter requirements of IEEE 1394. The broad range of features such as Region of Interest readout (ROI) and programable triggering provides exceptional price/performance value.
